Purchases
When ordering merch from our store (ATROC.co.uk) you should be aware of the following:
- We do not carry stock of any items (other than club decals which are not sold on the store itself).
- Purchases are fullfilled by our printing partner, Printful.
- In stock and out of stock items are controlled by our printing partner. If an item is out of stock, this may be due to supply issues of the particular item being purchased. We do not allow you to order out of stock items.
- Payments are processed by WooCommerce. We do not process or store card data on our web site.
Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are calculated at check out and may differ depending on the items being purchased and where they are fulfilled from. Example: Ordering a hoodie and a mug may incur postage costs for each item seperately, where are ordering two t-shirts may only incur poastage costs for one parcel. Not all items can be shipping together in one order. The costs of shipping is dictated by our printing partner.
VAT/Tax
All items include VAT at the required rate. ATROC.co.uk are not a VAT registered business and do not need to be so, however VAT is added by our printing partners.
Refunds and Returns
Refunds and returns can only be made when there is a quality issue with the item purchased, such as print smearing or garmet stitching and at which point a like for like replacement will be made. If a return for quality issues is required, please contact shophelp@atroc.co.uk before attempting to return the item. Any claim for such must be made within 30 days of your item being delivered. Items must not have been “used” in anyway.
Unfortunately refunds, returns, or exchanges cannot be made when ordering incorrect sizes of garments. You may sell the item onward at your own discretion.
